Kristen Latimer has spent her entire professional career in the staffing industry. She began her journey as an Administrative Assistant and quickly proved her ability to learn and manage various systems, processes and a team of people. Fortunately for her, the company she started with was Reliance One, Inc., an emerging leader in the staffing industry. Over the last 20 years, she has been integral to the growth of the company from 35 employees to over 1,300. As the company continues to grow, Kristen has continued to develop and grow as a leader.
In her position as Vice President of Administration, you will find Latimer leading a team responsible for overseeing the Operations of Reliance One. From vision planning with EOS systems to ensuring that everyone is paid correctly, the outputs of Reliance One are her teams responsibility. Kristen is known amongst her peers for her ability to solve problems and to challenge those around her.
She prides herself on being informed through continuing education/training and is a member/moderator of the Walsh HR Affinity Group and a member of Vistage. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Tony, her sons Jacob and Luke, and her daughter Emma. Kristen takes great pride in her children and has learned to be a strong advocate for them. Her youngest child is medically complex and she attributes her compassion and patience to navigating the world to ensure he has access to the standard of care that he deserves. From an IEP at school, to coordinating care for Diabetes, or any of the other host of issues they face, Kristen is a fierce protector that will not accept no. Her passion to live life to the fullest is attained by playing volleyball, vacationing and creating memories with her family.
